Enhanced Chill Servo Controls
The Siemens MC Drive is a microprocessor controlled AC servo system that provides the best in speed and motion control for the most demanding application. We use digital speed reference and feedback for tight control and noise immunity. System works from crawl speed to maximum speed for optimal web control and reduced waste. Complete enclosure provided to the customer, including control transformer, programming outlet, disconnect, terminals, wiring and wire way.
For Chill Controls a touch screen control is provided for ease of drive setup with readout in user units. A manual remote/backup draw control provided for increased reliability. For Infeed controls interlocks with nip roller is provided.

Web Break Detection
OES web break detection package provides the optimum in press protection. System includes mounting hardware, with (2) new Banner Photo Eyes. First out and armed indication on touch screen display. System automatically sets at 10% and resets on stop. Outputs provided for web servers.

New Operator Control Consoles
We offer the best in our operator console. You will get a laser engraved top with a powder coat finish, large working area to lay out product and fully programmable unit function auto-start. A touch screen for controlling digital speed (run & make ready) and indication of stop in safe location, jam location, web break location, press, plc and drive default. Press speed and IPH meters. Gross and Net counters.

Telecolor Console Enhancements
OES Remanufactured Telecolor console use an Allen Bradley p/d and industrial relays for unit selection. This eliminates the troubles with Harris' card rack design and produces a very reliable control system. New laser engraved and powder coat finished console tops. New Increase/decrease switches, unit select switches, ink and water meters installed.

Motorized Ink Fountain Drives
A motorized ink fountain conversion provides a ball that is constantly moving and will consistently ramp with press speed. This provides a more consistent color through all speed ranges. Allowing for higher production speed and reduced waste.

Dampening System Upgrades
A Duo-Trol or Spray Dampening conversion will enhance the performance of any brush dampened press. This simple conversion will eliminate streaking and other costly print quality issues associated with brush dampening.

Rewire of Presses
